1. Main Features& Special Function:                                                                       

1. Power saving & environmental protection (no use hydraulic oil).

2. The machine body and beam are all designed with frame structure and the worktable is made with the 50mm thickness low-alloy high strength structural steel. The whole machine is good rigidity and durable.

3. Depending on the machine processing technique firmly, in order to eliminate welding stress.

4. To make sure the painting effect is good via sandblasting treatment.

5. The machine processing parts are fixed by the pneumatic clamp controller, which can make sure the grooving speed is quick and also with strong clamping.

6. The machine uses three knifes to process V shaped groove, therefore the cutting task of each knife is equal, which can avoid the processing parts to be deformed. And also select Micro cooling system to extend the blade using time, as well as reduce the producing cost.

7.The machine beam is running by the alloy steel helical gear, No.45 steel forging tempering rack and QH mute guider. The moving speed can be adjusted arbitrarily so that the processing is stable and efficient.

8.The transmission device of blade carrier uses mute ball screw and QR heavy-loading roller linear guider, so the accuracy is quite well.

9.The machine can process both vertically and horizontally, and also with a special function which can achieve the sheet processing both front and back.

10.When running the machine, the operator only needs to input keyboard and process procedure. Depending on the difference of operators and sheet material, it can be used the knob to adjust the processing speed, in order to

simply the operator’s task.

11. The operator can also know the procedure when processing via the screen.

12. Adopting to servo motor and sensor to make sure the operator’s safety.

13. When the machine has something wrong, the screen can show the warning messages. It is also easy to repair.

14. It can save labor, only need operator when sheet is put in and taken out.

15. The machine table has self-repair function, when using the machine, the operator can groove the table according to self special requirement, to make sure the processing accuracy.
